your
order
via
my
website
or
my
Facebook
page.
I
will
then contact you via my email address in a private message.
Please
be
aware
that
you
will
be
joining
a
waiting
list
and
depending
on
the
time
of
year
could
be
as
long
as
6
months.
I
will
try
to
accommodate
any
special
requests,
but
cannot
guarantee
that
special
dates can be met, although I will do all I can to make this happen.
When
we
have
agreed
on
photo,
layout,
background
and
framing
options

send
you
an
email
confirming
what
you
have
ordered
and

secure
your
place
on
my
list.
I
will
not
work
on
your
piece
until
7
days
have
elapsed.
Within
this
time
either
you
or
myself
have
the
option
to
cancel
the
portrait,
no
questions
asked,
or
you
will
receive
your
deposit
back.
After
the

a

I

a

photo
via
email.
At
this

you
can
suggest
any
changes
you
would
like.
Please
be
aware
that
I
cannot
change the posture of the pose of the animal at this point.
At
the
end
of
the
process
I
will
send
you
a
photo
of
the
finished
piece
before
I
lift
it
from
the
pad.
At
this
point
only
very
minor
changes
can
be
made.
Once
you
are
happy,
I
will
remove
it
from
the
pad
and
frame
it
in
your
desired
choice
of
frame.
I
will
then
wrap
the
portrait
carefully and will send it to you via your chosen postage method.
I
strive
to
make
sure
all
my
customers
are
100%
happy
with
my
work
and
I
will
try
to
accommodate
any
requests
you
have
about
your
portrait.
I
will
try
to
duplicate
the
photo
of
your
pet
as
realistically
as
possible,
but
due
to
the
medium
of
wool
and
its
limitations,
the
finished result will be my artistic interpretation of your pet.
Currency exchange
Please
note
that
all
prices
are
in
UK
sterling.
If
you
live
outside
of
the
UK
your
bank
will
exchange
the
total
to
your
currency
at
their
exchange
rates.
Please
note
that
payments
and
refunds
will
be
in
UK
sterling
and
I
cannot
be
held
responsible
for
any
loss
due
to
currency
exchange fluctuations.
Damage in Transit
I
use
the
postal
services
as
detailed
above.
Your
portrait
is
insured
against
damages
in
transit
and
your
portrait
will
be
protectively
packaged
for
shipping.
If
your
portrait
is
damaged
in
transit,
you
must
contact
immediately
together
with
photos
of
the
damage
and
the
packaging.
I
cannot
do
anything
without
this
evidence
as
the
service
will require this proof to make a claim.
You
should
return
the
item
to
me
at
client’s
cost
if
it
is
not
acceptable
and
once
received
I
will
make
another
portrait
at
no
extra
cost.
I
cannot
guarantee
the
lead
time
because
it
will
depend
on
the
commission list at the time.
Damage once received
When
you
receive
your
portrait
you
will
have
care
instructions
provided.
Your
portrait
will
be
sprayed
with
a
special
textile
protectant
and
you
will
be
provided
with
a
lavender
sachet
that
will
either
be
inside
the
framed
canvas
or
can
be
slipped
behind
the
frame
to protect it from insects.
I
cannot
be
held
responsible
for
any
damage
done
by
too
much
handling
of
the
portrait
or
by
your
cat
or
dog
attacking
the
wool
for
example.
If
damage
occurs
it
would
be
your
responsibility
to
cover
the
costs
of
repair
if
possible,
and
also
the
postages
from
you
to
me
and from me to you.
By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
